All warranties commence from the invoice date to the developer or contractor, not the homeowner’s handover date.

uPVC Products
White frames – 10 years
Foiled frames – 5 years
Aluminium Products
All finishes – 10 years
Glazed Units
Sealed units – 5 years against visible failure of perimeter seal (per GGF guidelines)
Applied glazing bars – 1 year.
Note: Blinds or shutters fixed to the glass/frame invalidate this warranty.
Composite Doors
White door frames – 10 years
Foiled frames and door slabs – 5 years
Glass units – 5 years
Hardware/moving parts – 2 years
All subject to correct maintenance and supplier tolerances.
Hardware (Locks, Hinges, Handles)
2 years
Excludes wear-and-tear and cosmetic deterioration.
Installation (if carried out by Newbuild Frames)
2-year workmanship guarantee – Covers adjustment, sealing, and finishing
